Tanya is Yammer’s Engagement Strategist, understanding and explaining how companies and employees can best use Yammer to get more done and feel more connected. She leads a growing customer marketing team, built to develop educational content while capturing and sharing customer stories. Tanya brings over ten years of global experience working with organizations big and small.

Maria Ogneva Head of Community Maria is in charge of social media and community programs, fostering internal and external education and engagement. You can follow her on Twitter at @themaria or on her blog.

Cindy Alvarez Director of User Experience Cindy Alvarez runs User Experience and Product Design for Yammer. She has been helping companies build better products through intensely understanding their customers for over 13 years. Her background spans product management, interaction design, customer research, and rapid iteration/lean startup thinking.
