Stacey brings 15+ years of leadership development and organizational learning experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. In process of completing her PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, and holding a Masters in Clinical Social Work, Stacey possesses a unique combination of practical business experience and management consulting skill with an academician’s domain knowledge and expertise. Stacey has held past leadership roles in talent development at Roche Pharmaceuticals and VMware, and is currently the Director of Global Talent Development at Intuitive. In this position, she works internally as an organizational design expert, architect of leadership and management development programs, and an executive coach.
