Vivian Tan (Vice President, Strategy & Transformation, Kaiser Permanente)Vivian Tan
Vivian Tan is the Vice President, Strategic Information Management and Global Relationships, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and CEO of Kaiser Permanente. She provides strategic leadership for the decision support function, producing analytics and insights to make the best decisions. Vivian manages the partnership with the World Economic Forum. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she consulted with senior leadership at Fortune 500 firms in her seven years with Booz & Co. Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, and statistics from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

Deshannee “D.D.” Johnice (Director, Digital Strategies, Kaiser Permanente)Deshannee Johnice
D.D. Johnice is the Director of Digital Strategy for Kaiser Permanente’s Digital Strategies & Operations team. A technologist, tinkerer, maker, serial entrepreneur and strategist, D.D. develops strategies, roadmaps, and technology-enabled experiences that enable Kaiser Permanente’s workforce to continue to deliver high quality, affordable health care and member services. D.D. arrived at Kaiser Permanente with 20 years of experience designing consumer and business applications and developing and executing marketing, business, engagement strategies for clients in the technology, healthcare, retail, consumer health, financial and business services industries. D.D. studied Philosophy and Economics at Boston University and Marketing at Harvard.

Jessica Jackson (Full Stack Developer, Kaiser Permanente)Jessica Jackson
Jessica Jackson is a Full Stack Developer for Kaiser Permanente’s Systems of Intelligence working with both front-end code and back-end database technologies. For the first two years of her career in IT, she participated in the IT Technical Rotation Program, where she consulted various IT groups. She was part of a team that developed a real-time, dynamic interface for tracking data center server information, helping reduce errors and downtime. Her current work focuses on development of interactive websites using tools like Angular JS, Angular 2, React JS, and Node JS. Originally a pre-med major, she has a Computer Science degree from Arizona State University.

Kathleen Scheirman (Senior Vice President, Application Services Group, Kaiser Permanente)Kathleen Scheirman
Kathleen Scheirman is Senior Vice President of the Application Services Group at Kaiser Permanente and is a member of the IT executive team. Kathy began as a programmer and worked in development and management with AT&T and American Express. Kathy is responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of Kaiser Permanente’s full application portfolio, enabling the business to deliver high quality care to KP’s more than 11 million members. Kathy holds a BA in secondary education and mathematics from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in management from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

Michael Sutten (Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Kaiser Permanente)Michael Suttern
Michael Sutten is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Kaiser Permanente. His organization is focused on setting the future direction for technology across Kaiser Permanente. This includes defining technology and platform standards, and leading initiatives on analytics, cloud capabilities, data storage, and mobile technologies. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Mike had leadership experience with Royal Caribbean Cruises, Koch Industries, Sybase and General Electric. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer and deputy Chief Information Officer within the U.S. government. Mike holds an MBA in information systems from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Iowa State University.
